  • The disc separator adopts ring valve type automatic slag discharge, and its slag discharge action is automatically controlled by computer program and industrial computer. It can perform regular and quantitative slag discharge according to the setting requirements without stopping feeding. The degree of automation is high, the adaptability to process adjustment is strong, the adjustment is convenient, and the satisfactory separation effect can be obtained.
    The centrifuge is widely used in degumming, soaping and washing processes in continuous refining of animal and vegetable oils, and is one of the best equipment in modern oil refining process. At the same time, according to different requirements of users, it is also applicable to the separation of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid and other materials with different specific gravity in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, new materials and other industries.
  • Working principle of disc centrifuge:
    According to the principle that light and heavy phases or solid phases with different densities and immiscibility in the mixed liquid (mixed corrosion liquid) are subjected to different centrifugal forces in the centrifugal force field to generate different settling speeds, the purpose of separating and layering or settling solid particles in the liquid can be achieved.
    The separated mixed oil is smoothly and evenly fed into the inner part of the drum at the heart of the machine. Under the action of the powerful centrifugal force field generated by high-speed operation, the mixed oil passes through a group of disk bundle separation intervals, with the neutral hole of the disk as the interface. Heavy phases with a large proportion (such as phospholipids, soap feet, water, etc.) move along the disk wall to the outside of the neutral hole, where heavy slag (such as oil sludge) accumulates in the sediment area and is automatically discharged out of the machine periodically. The light phase with small specific gravity (such as grease) moves upward along the disk wall to the top of the drum, and is output to the next process by the light phase centripetal pump, while the heavy phase is discharged by the heavy phase centripetal pump.
    This machine belongs to the ring valve automatic slag discharge type. During its working process, the separation and slag discharge cycle and the size of each slag discharge amount and other parameters (such as slag discharge time, operating water pressure, etc.) can be adjusted according to the different materials to achieve the best separation effect.
  • Appearance and components of disc centrifuge:
    The separator is mainly composed of inlet and outlet devices, drum, machine cover, vertical shaft, horizontal shaft, operating water system and automatic control box.
  • Structure and composition of disc centrifuge:
  1.  Inlet and outlet devices
    The inlet and outlet devices can not only visually see the liquid status before and after separation, but also adjust the separation effect by adjusting the flow regulating valve on the device. A sampling device is installed to achieve the best separation effect through sampling and testing. It is located on the upper part of the cover,
  2. Drum section
    The drum part is the part that completes the material separation process and rotates at a high speed. It is the heart of the machine. It is connected to the vertical shaft through high-precision taper, obtaining power and generating strong centrifugal force.
  3.  Vertical shaft part
    The vertical shaft transmits power and is equipped with a speed increasing gear (small spiral gear) and a high-speed rotating part
  4.  Horizontal axis part
    The horizontal shaft is the main part that transfers the power of the motor to the vertical shaft and drum. It is composed of motor, hydraulic coupling, brake wheel and other parts. It has compact structure and stable operation. It is driven by hydraulic coupling, which also plays the role of overload protection. The brake device is used to quickly pass through the resonance speed area of the machine when the machine is parked, reduce the parking time and avoid damage caused by resonance.
  5.  Cover part
    The machine cover is a part connecting the machine body and the inlet and outlet devices. It is composed of upper cover, lower cover and other parts.
  6.  Operating water system
    For the operation water system, the water source with stable pressure shall be used, the water pressure is recommended to be above 0.35Mpa, and the operation water shall be pure soft water. There is a danger of lime deposits in hard water, which will cause narrow channels in the operating fluid system to be blocked, thus interrupting the automatic operation of the centrifuge.
