Basic structure and working principle

Semi-automatic egg embryo havesting machine only contains harvesting unit, the electrical control consists of a programmable controller and electric actuators.
1. The harvesting device consists of harvesting head and harvesting air cylinder. harvesting cylinder control feeding egg height low position of harvesting head.
2. The harvesting head connect the harvesting tank through the silicone tube, vacuum pump is connect on the harvesting tank, after harvesting head into egg, by vacuum pump, the allantoic fluid is collected into harvesting tank.

1. Our technology is mature, since 2000, we start study and produce egg inoculation machine; in 2002, we made the first semi-auto egg inoculation machine, in 2003, we made the first all auto type inoculation machine, at the same year, we start to research havesting amchine, now we have manufactured the eighth generation inoculation machine, havesting machine, and get the patent right in China.
2. Equipment application is very wide, according to customers’ requirements, egg trays have 30 eggs, 36 eggs, 42 eggs, 72 eggs,150 eggs, can be designed into all auto production line.
3. Control system: use PLC.
